Airport Arrival Shuttle Service

On arrival day your guests will be met by e-destinAccess, Inc uniformed staff at the Airport in the baggage claim area assigned to their flight.  Once guests have claimed their luggage, our friendly and knowledgeable staff will escort your guests to specially chartered vehicles, which will transport them directly to the host hotel.

Vehicles will be selected based on the client manifest provided. Flights will be monitored on an ongoing basis in order to insure a smooth arrival, as well as, a great beginning to a fabulous stay.

Manifest Information
All arrival and departure information should contain the following information:
Flight arrival/departure date and time
Flight arrival/departure airline, flight number and airport name.
Flight arrival originating city/departure return city
Guest’s first and last name
Once the initial manifest is received, only changes should be forwarded.

Guarantee of Vehicles
e-destinAccess, Inc does not confirm or guarantee vehicles for your group until receipt of the signed contract. Please note that substantial changes in the manifest or program itinerary, received with 72 hours of program operation, may result in higher vehicle costs. 

A fuel charge of up to 10% may apply based upon gas prices at time of the program.

Bellman Gratuities
The Client is responsible for arranging bellman gratuities.

Changes on Site
All changes should be submitted in writing, email or a direct phone call is made to the airport lead.

Missed Attendees
e-destinAccess, Inc will not be responsible for missed attendees should the original manifest supplied by the client contain incorrect or misinformation.  Our staff will, however, make an effort to research missing or inaccurate flight information. (Dependent on airline cooperation).

Airport Traffic Flow
Please note that Vehicles cannot “Stage” on the curb. Vehicles are called only after attendees have been located and luggage has been claimed. Average wait times are no longer than 5 – 10 minutes. Due to heightened security measures, traffic, weather and other factors beyond our control, wait times can be as long as 20 minutes.

Departure Day Bag Pulls
The Client is responsible for arranging departure day bag pulls with the hotel, unless Corporate Connections has been specifically contracted to manage this function.

Height/Weight/Age Restrictions: All participants must sign a waiver to participate. Racers under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.    All other equipment is provided.  Youth Racers must be at least 6 years old, 48” tall and able to safely operate the kart.  Adult racers must be at least 56” tall and able to safely operate the kart.

Clothing/Shoe Recommendations: Closed-toed shoes are required and available for rent on site if so desired.

Off Site Dinner/Restaurant Events: 
Must provide sample menus.  Suppliers offering only one price point need to provide at least one sample menu.  Suppliers offering multiple price points need to provide at least three set price points with one sample menu representing each price point.  Users will be instructed to contact you directly for actual menu options at time of booking.

Show Notes: Prices include 9% Live Entertainment Tax and Box Office Fees. Once purchased, there are No Refunds or Exchanges.
Group Ticket Delivery Fee includes picking up all tickets from the Box Office, verifying quantities, resolving any potential issues and delivering them to the meeting planner at least one day prior to showtime.
All tickets must be picked up no later than one hour prior to show time. Tickets not picked up by show time are subject to cancellation.
Guests must be at least five (5) years to attend.
Guests under the age of eighteen (18) years must be accompanied by an adult.
Strobe light effects and theatrical smoke used during performance.
